Starting September 1st 1999, The Bannermat has added a two tier referral program to our list of available services for registered host sites.
The two tier referral program has been setup to pay $2.50 for each accepted host registration that you refer to us and an additional 20% of all click thru traffic that each of your referrals generate.

Here's how the program works. As an active member of our ad network, you can carry a unique text link, button
or banner on your web site to encourage other web sites to join the Bannermat Network. Then, for
each person that fills out an application to join our network and is accepted. Your account will be automatically credited
with the referral bonus of $2.50. Plus 20% recurring commissions on all click thru traffic that each of your
referrals generate, for as long as your account remains active with us. Payments on referral activity will be made on the
last day each calendar month in U.S. dollars for all commissions earned during that period provided that payout equals or
exceeds $25.00 If you account balance does not reach these minimum amounts, payment will be carried forward to the next month.

In order to qualify for this referral program you will have to register with our network
and accept the Terms of being an active member in our network. Since the goal of this referral program
to increase the number of active sites displaying banner ads from our network. We would prefer to have your web site display
our network banner ads as well and enjoy the benefits of earning the click thru revenue along with the rest of our host sites.
But you are not required to do so in order to participate in this program.
